Let’s go ahead and learn how to install shaders on Minecraft PC for 1.17! We will need to download a 1.17 shaders pack. There are tons of different shaders packs out there, find some of the best shaders packs on internet that are currently out there.
You will find everything
from bright shaders packs to dark shaders packs. Once you have found the shaders pack you like most, download it. You now know how to download shaders for MInecraft, but before you can get it installed, you need to install Optifine. There’s a video about linked in the description above that will show you exactly how to install Optiine for shaders in Minecraft.
Once you have Optifine
we can move on to installing your Minecraft 1.17 Shaders pack! So, to learn how to install it in Minecraft, we need to open Minecraft. Just be sure that you are opening Minecraft with the Optifine version. If you don’t open up Minecraft with Optifine, you won’t be able to install shaders. Once you are on the Minecraft main menu, click on the Options tab.
Then go to Video Settings
and click on shaders. Now, all you need to do in order to install shaders on Minecraft PC is click the Shaders Folder button in the bottom left of Minecraft. Then drag and drop the shaders pack you downloaded into this folder. Now, go back into Minecraft, click done, and then click on shaders again. Now, you will see your shaders pack. Just click on it to select and finally install shaders in Minecraft 1.17!
